Just wanted to say thank you to the participants, facilitators and support staff of today's (May 1, 2010) Secrets of Greater Loving Playshop! Thanks, especially to Kristen for the invite.
The sessions took me out of my "comfort zone" in a playful and safe environment. I met some great people and with their energy, a bit of dance music, and the stimulation of the exercises, generated some creative sparks, that altogether reset my mood (I was feeling a bit down this week); opened a path to some personal insights and allowed me to get a ton of hugs!! I love hugs!

During a very difficult time of my life, I was forced make a life-altering decision regarding my career. I called into a Unity radio program and was loving counseled by Joanna. Not only did she take her time to speak with me over the radio she also gave me a free hour of counseling. This one-on-one session was mind-blowing and more than I expected. Joanna enabled me to discover the passion in my life and uncover what was holding me back from experiencing joy after making the decision to leave my job. Using several visualization exercises, Joanna and I revealed my true passion in life--my deep yearning to travel. Also, within a week I was offered a part time job, alleviating some of my financial worries and allowing me to eventual see the world, my true passion.
