What is Conscious Relating?

Let’s look at the topic of our blog… Conscious Relating.  For me, conscious relating means speaking from my heart – whether that communication happens verbally, through writing or through the touch of my hand.  In each moment, I personally intend that my words and my touch are both an embrace of love and an honest expression of myself.
