More About Joanna Kennedy
As a product of the women's move for independence and equality, I did my part and got an electrical engineering degree, an MBA, and a chance to quickly climb the corporate ladder. Outside the office, my marriage fell apart and I cried myself to sleep at night. Then one magnificent day in 2001, I found the cause of my pain – I'd buried myself away and become what everyone else wanted me to be and “Joanna” was no where to be seen.
Shortly before leaving my corporate position, I received an inspiration – a call from Grace – a knowing that I needed to share my realizations so that women (and the men in their lives) wouldn’t need to suffer the same pains and challenges that me and the men in my life had. I have personally experienced practically every dimension of relationship and am well acquainted with the challenges of being feminine in a masculine business world and achievement-oriented society. At the same time, I am well acquainted with the challenges men face when living with and relating to a “revolutionized” woman!
I now own and direct The Center for Greater Loving where I offer private sessions, products, and workshops that help liberate men and women to be their natural selves, have passionate sex lives, and create deeply loving relationships. My work reminds men and women of the power and potential of love – showing them how to reconnect with themselves and each other in profoundly loving, deeply intimate, and ultimately freeing relationships. I am also in the process of writing a series of books including The Feminine Famine: Reigniting Your Feminine Essence and Something's Amiss in Eden: A Guide to Peace, Love, and Ecstasy.
When I walked away from my unfulfilling corporate life I began studying complementary health, personal development, relationship dynamics, and spirituality. Since then I have become an Accredited Journey Practitioner, studying directly with Brandon Bays in the United Kingdom, and an Advanced Certified Tantric Educator, certified by Charles Muir and the Source School of Tantra. I am a graduate of Anthony Robbins’ Mastery University and Leadership Academy and have also studied Healing Touch, Neuro Stress Release, and other holistic healing modalities. Alison Armstrong, creator of the "Celebrating Men, Satisfying Woman" workshops, and David Deida, author of Intimate Communion have had strong influences on me personally and professionally.
I practice living every moment of life as an expression of love, joy, peace, and passion, while keeping a constant focus on authenticity and intimacy. I've dedicated my life to helping men and women take off their masks and celebrate the magic and mystery of true being and true relationship.
In addition to my work with the Center for Greater Loving, I consult with and present seminars to corporations and organizations on all aspects of diversity in the workplace. This work offers employee tools, education, and awareness, while simultaneously resolving direct and indirect issues related to diversity. As a result, team cohesiveness, cooperation, and moral increase which drives improved bottom-line results and profitability.
